Disputas ved AHO 8. oktober
8. oktober forsvarer arkitekt Kari Bjørka Hodneland sin doktoravhandling "Room for Children's Participation? Reflections on Communicative Practice in an Educational Context". Dette er den 40. disputas ved Arkitektur- og designhøgskolen.
Disputas-dagen starter med prøveforelesning kl 10, som er over emne "Present and discuss the strengths and weaknesses of regulations related to children as given in the Norwegian Planning and Building Act of 1985, and also discuss the relation to research literature dealing with the issue of children and planning".
Selve doktordisputasen tar til kl 12. I bedømmelseskomiteen professor dr. Sigurd Asmervik, UMB (koordinator); professor dr. John Forester (førsteopponent), Cornell University; tekn. dr. Kristina Nilsson, Sveriges lantbruksuniversitet (andreopponent). Seremonimester er professor dr. Birger Sevaldson.
